Job Description

Hamilton Connections is currently seeking part time and full time Call Center candidates starting mid-September/October in North Branford, CT. The ideal candidate has customer service, phone, computer, and organizational stills coupled with steady and verifiable work history. For the right candidate this is a long-term job with the potential for temp to hire.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Manage inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner
  2. Communicate with customers to take orders 
  3. Date entry
  4. Resolve issues
  5. Provide customer service
  6. Any additional job required
Job Requirements:
  • Have Organizational skills
  • 1st or 2nd shift openings
  • Full time or part time available Monday - Sunday
  • Regular hours:  8am - 5:30pm or 11am - 7pm
  • Holiday hours:  Monday – Friday 8:30am - 10:30pm
  • If not available during the week we have night and weekend openings as well!
  • Starting salary estimate: $16
  • Reliable transportation
